Group booking is a booking of 5 rooms or more.

Different terms and conditions apply for small groups of between 5 and 10 rooms and big groups of over 10 rooms.

General

• Group bookings are accepted no later then 1 month prior to desired arrival date.
• The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry form an integral part of these conditions.
• Where these conditions differ from the uniform conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry, these conditions apply.
• Delta Hotel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Settlement

• 25% of full reservation price is due upon confirmation by bank transfer ( Bank details will be supplied upon request ).
• Small groups ( up to 10 rooms) - balance is due by 1 month prior to arrival date.
• Big groups ( over 10 rooms ) - balance is due by 2 months prior to arrival date.

Cancellations and no-shows

• Cancellations will be accepted via written communication only ( fax,
  e-mail etc. ).
• Small groups - cancellation free of charge is possible up to 1 month prior to arrival date - your down payment will be refunded.
  Late cancellation or no-show will incur a charge of the first night or 50% of full reservation, whichever is greater.
  
• Big groups - cancellation free of charge is possible up to 2 months prior to arrival date - your down payment will be refunded.
  late cancellation - up to 1 month prior to arrival date will incur a charge of the first night or 50% of full reservation, whichever is greater. late cancellation - later then 1 month prior to arrival date or no-show will incur a charge of the full amount of the reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is from 14:00 .
• Check-out time is until 11:00 .
• Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge equal to one night stay.
  

Minimum Stays

• Minimum stay two nights for big groups.
• Minimum stay three nights for arrival on Friday.
