Upon check in a deposit of €30.- will be required as a guarantee for extra charges you may or

 may not incur such as the loss of your room key, the remote control for the TV etc.

The deposit can be provided in cash or as a pre-authorization on your credit card (No Bank Cards).

The deposit is returned upon check out.



Payment for the room is due upon check in.

Upon check in, Pre-Paid reservations will be charged the City Tax(7%) and Tourist Fee (€3.- per person, per night) 

Pre-Paid travel agent reservations are required to provide a valid voucher.

Pre payments for credit card guaranteed reservations can be done by bank transfer only, no later than

 one week prior to arrival date. Bank details will be provided upon request.

Credit Card Guarantee:

Upon booking, you are required to provide valid credit card details.

The provided card details are used only to guarantee your reservation and not for payments,

 down payments or deposits.

One week prior to arrival, your card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of the first night as a guarantee.

The pre-authorization will be used only in case of late cancellation or no-show.

In case your card was declined, we will notify you and allow for a 24 hours time frame to resolve the issue. If the

 issue is not resolved within that time frame, your reservation will be cancelled.

You may cancel your reservation, free of charge, up to 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Late cancellations or no-shows are subjected to a charge of the full price of the first night.

Reservations via travel agent, online or otherwise, must be cancelled via the travel agent. 

Direct reservations, via email or in property, must be cancelled via written communication (email).

Different policies apply to groups.


Group reservations are reservations of 5 rooms or more.

Payment is due, in full, no later than 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month prior to arrival.

Late cancellations or no-shows are subjected to a charge of the full amount of the reservation.

Travel agent based reservations - Cancel by agent.

Direct reservations - Cancel by written communication.

Additional policies:

Children - 1 child, up to the age of 4, stays for free in existing bedding. Baby cot is subject to availability.

Pets - Pets of all kinds and sizes are not allowed.

Age - All guests under the age of 18 who are traveling without an adult, must provide parents authorization to travel.

          Authorization must be provided in advance, by email and it must include a scanned copy of parents' passport.

Visitors - Visitors are strictly forbidden in guests' rooms.

Illegal activities - Delta hotel will not tolerate illegal activities of any kind and will immediately remove guests who

                               are engaged is such activities with no warning and no refund for nights not stayed.

Responsibility- We decline responsibility for items left in the rooms, safe or luggage room.


Your reservation with Delta Hotel is a legal binding contract on which the general terms and conditions apply.

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry form an integral part of these conditions.

Where these conditions differ from the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry, these conditions apply.

Delta Hotel reserves the right to change the conditions at any time without notice.
